Blend is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a hybrid role balancing hands-on development with developer enablement. You will deliver production-grade features, write and review code with CI processes, and guide teams on tooling, environments, and best practices.

You will also automate workflows, contribute to IaC (Terraform) in AWS-based settings, and help shape identity/security decisions. Excellent English communication is required.

Formación

• 5–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and architectural skills.
• Focus on testing as part of the workflow.
• Ability to act as an internal consultant and mentor.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, independent, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable switching between deep technical work and developer support.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to engineering initiatives delivering production-quality features.
• Write, review, test, and maintain clean, scalable code with PRs/CI.
• Provide internal developer support across tooling, standards, and patterns.
• Guide engineers on local development, Unix/Bash workflows, and tooling.
• Advise on internal tools and architectural trade-offs.
• Automate friction points with scripts, templates, and tooling.
• Embed AI know-how into coding tools to improve developer experiences.
• Contribute to IaC and internal platform work using Terraform in AWS environments.
• Assist teams on identity/security decisions (Okta/Auth0).
• Operate well in ambiguous environments with clear documentation.
