Blend is a premier AI services provider seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of production AI solutions, guiding architecture, governance, and client engagements.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing team, drive MLOps and LLM deployment, and set quality standards. English required for global collaboration and client leadership. This role offers flexible LATAM options and growth opportunities.

Formación

• >7+ years delivering AI/ML in production
• >2+ years of direct team leadership or technical management
• >Proficient in Python, Git practices, and model/versioning
• >Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP; Azure preferred
• >Hands-on RAG, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation
• >Proven MLOps/LLMOps track record
• >Solid evaluation design skills; data curation and experiments
• >Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• >Strong communication with both engineers and stakeholders
• >Strong hiring and mentoring experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end AI delivery with governance and stakeholder accountability
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI team; set technical standards
• Define feasibility and communicate risks to clients
• Define AI system boundaries and manage expectations
• Conduct architectural reviews to maintain quality across projects
• Design production-ready AI solutions including RAG and LLM systems
• Drive prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and structured experiments
• Establish MLOps practices and scalable infrastructure
