Blend360 is seeking a Lead Backend Data Engineer to design and build scalable Java backend systems and lead distributed architectures for large-scale data processing. You will optimize multi-threaded performance, manage Kubernetes deployments, and collaborate on APIs with cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in backend engineering, strong Java expertise, and solid experience with data pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Backend Engineering or related disciplines.
• Deep proficiency in Java with strong language features and best practices.
• Experience designing distributed systems with data consistency and fault tolerance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Java.
• Lead architecture and implementation of distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
• Develop and optimize concurrent and multi-threaded applications with synchronization primitives.
• Build and maintain big data pipelines and infrastructure for high-volume data ingestion and storage.
• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and define deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service contracts and APIs.
• Implement observability and monitoring for system health and performance.
• Support production deployments and drive continuous improvement.
