Avenga, a global engineering firm, is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer in Argentina (CABA) to join a banking and financial services team. You will design, develop and maintain high-performance applications, contributing to online banking, payments and transfers.

You will work with .NET Core, REST APIs, Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions while adhering to banking industry standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing with .NET Core (Java experience is a plus).
• Strong REST API design and development.
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Kubernetes and OpenShift experience.
• Kafka and event-driven architectures knowledge.
• Oracle and PostgreSQL databases experience.
• CI/CD, code quality, testing and best practices.
• Banking domain knowledge and understanding of regulatory needs.
• Native Spanish and intermediate English proficiency.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements in banking.

In Argentina (CABA), we are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting innovative solutions within the banking and financial services sector. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-performance applications that support critical business areas such as Online Banking, Payments, Transfers, etc.

Core skills you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience developing with .NET Core (additional Java experience is also valuable).

• Solid understanding of REST API design and development.

• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

• Experience working with orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.

• Experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of software development best practices, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD principles.

• Functional knowledge of banking products and processes.

• Native Spanish proficiency and Intermediate English.

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience in the banking, fintech, or digital financial services industry.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience integrating with third-party banking platforms and payment solutions.
