Avenga is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a large-scale banking environment, focusing on internal digital solutions and the corporate Intranet.

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java or .NET backend with Angular or React frontend, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in CABA, Argentina, 3 days per week.

• 5+ years of professional software development with full-stack focus.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a large-scale banking environment and contribute to the development and evolution of internal digital solutions, with a primary focus on the organization’s corporate Intranet.

The role involves building and enhancing enterprise applications that support internal communication, document management, workflows, and business process automation. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to develop reliable and maintainable solutions used across the organization.

We are open to different technology combinations depending on the candidate’s background: Java + Angular/React or .NET + Angular/React.

This is a hybrid position based in CABA, Argentina, requiring onsite work at the bank’s office 3 days per week.

This is you

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong Full-Stack background.


• Strong backend development experience with Java or .NET.


• Strong frontend development experience with Angular or React.


• Experience working with relational databases, particularly SQL Server and/or Oracle.


• Experience with containerized applications using Docker.


• Experience with OpenShift or similar enterprise container platforms.


• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, and maintainable code practices.


• Experience developing and integrating enterprise applications.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.


• Experience working within Agile development environments.


• Intermediate English or higher.


• Based in CABA or within commuting distance, with availability to work onsite 3 days per week.

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and features for the organization’s corporate Intranet.


• Develop Full-Stack solutions using Java or .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.


• Build and enhance internal corporate portals and enterprise applications.


• Develop solutions supporting document management, workflows, and process automation.


• Design and integrate application components with SQL Server and Oracle databases.


• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and OpenShift.


• Participate in technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.


• Contribute to application architecture, code quality, performance, and maintainability.


• Troubleshoot technical issues and support the continuous evolution of existing solutions.


• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices within the team.
