Avenga is seeking an experienced tech leader to provide technical leadership and mentorship across backend (.NET/.NET Core) and frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular). You will oversee testing, code quality, and refactoring, while aligning development efforts with product goals.

Strong collaboration with product managers and designers is essential to implement new features. You will lead discussions in internal and customer meetings, champion coding best practices, and help maintain a robust

Formación

• 8+ years of experience with backend (.NET or.NET Core) and frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Strong knowledge of databases, preferably SQL Server, including cloud-based sources.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Solid foundation in software analysis, testing, debugging, and the full SDLC.
• Ability to independently set up development environments and make autonomous decisions.
• Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills.
• English level: Upper-intermediate or higher.
