EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead UI development across multiple products. You will craft scalable, high-quality interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular, collaborating with a global engineering team to solve complex technical challenges.

You will build reusable components, implement unit tests, review code, and provide task estimates. The role requires strong Angular experience (17+), Angular Material, RxJS and NgRx, plus solid CSS/SASS skills

Formación

• 3+ years of frontend experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML skills.
• Solid CSS (Flexbox, variables) and SASS/SCSS.
• Experience with Angular 17+ and Angular Material.
• Familiar with RxJS, NgRx, and data visualization with HighCharts.
• Git proficiency and English at B2+ level.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript and Angular to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building high-quality user interfaces that deliver a seamless experience across our products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating closely with a dedicated engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and discuss requirements, moving from initial ideas to detailed plans with clear acceptance criteria
• Review code to identify potential issues and eliminate code smells or duplication
• Develop flexible, scalable, and reusable components and features
• Refactor solutions that are inefficient, slow, or resource-intensive
• Support fellow team members by suggesting more effective, robust, scalable, or reusable approaches
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Present completed work to clients
• Provide estimations for upcoming tasks and initiatives
• Break down large requirements into smaller, manageable pieces
• Adapt quickly when switching between different contexts and tasks

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Solid command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML
• Strong skills in CSS, including Flexbox and variables, along with SASS/SCSS, including mixins and variables
• Practical experience with Angular 17 or later
• Experience using Angular Material
• Familiarity with a range of Angular libraries
• Proficient in RxJS
• Experience applying NgRx for state management
• Experience with HighCharts for visualizing data
• Experience implementing AG Grid for data gridsCapable of writing unit tests for Angular using Jasmine and Karma
• Proficient with Git for version control
• Excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have

• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Node.js
