Endava is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale .NET applications for Banking and Capital Markets clients. You will work across trade capture, risk analytics, reporting, and data processing, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes clean code, modern architecture, and CI/CD practices, with opportunities to apply new technologies in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Experience in Banking/Capital Markets environments desirable.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core and Web API.
• Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and complex SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud-ready patterns.

Senior .NET Developer - Banking and Capital Markets

As a Senior .NET Developer at Endava, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable .NET applications for Banking and Capital Markets clients. You will work on enterprise-grade platforms exposed to complex financial workflows, including trade capture, trade processing, risk analytics, reporting, and cross-asset solutions used by Trading, Market Risk, Quants, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex .NET applications, ensuring high performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Contribute to solutions supporting Banking and Capital Markets domains, including trade lifecycle, risk analytics, reporting, data processing, and financial services workflows.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Trading, Market Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology areas.
• Recommend and promote IT industry standards, tools, and practices, including clean code, design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-ready engineering.
• Propose improvements and elevate risks or issues related to development activities.
• Participate in the review of work done by development team members.
• Learn and apply new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project.
• Participate in internal and external tech communities, events, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Share experience and knowledge gained from projects, especially around Banking and Capital Markets delivery.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets concepts such as trade capture, trade processing, risk analytics, reporting, asset classes, or trading workflows.
• Strong understanding of common programming paradigms, including object-oriented programming and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Strong familiarity with design and architectural patterns, clean code principles, and enterprise application design.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, or similar technologies.
• Practical experience with relational and/or NoSQL database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar.
• Ability to design, build, and analyze complex SQL queries.
• Good understanding of version control systems such as Git or similar.
• Experience with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, MSMQ, or similar.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and container platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English level is mandatory.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Capital Markets technology consulting or financial services delivery.
• Exposure to Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Derivatives, Fund Transfer Pricing, Asset Liability Management, or Market Risk platforms.
• Experience working with Quants, Traders, Risk Managers, or Finance stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Exposure to Gen-AI tools applied to software engineering, documentation, productivity, or data analysis.
