Endava in Argentina seeks a Senior MS Dynamics Developer to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will translate complex needs into scalable technical solutions and integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP, intranet, and other platforms.

You'll oversee technical design, set standards, and guide the engineering team while staying hands-on with development in React/JavaScript/TypeScript and PCF controls. Hybrid work awaits.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Hands-on Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.

Job Description

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that enable business efficiency, connectivity, and innovation. The team works across areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), IT Management Systems, E-Commerce, Intranet, and InsurTech.

As a Senior MS Dynamics Developer, you will take a hands-on technical leadership role in the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions and integrate Dynamics 365 with clients’ existing systems, including ERP, intranet, and other enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions and actionable stories.

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.

• Design and develop custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.

• Remain hands-on with development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and other enterprise or legacy systems.

• Define development standards and ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and performance.

• Review solution designs and code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.

• Support the onboarding and technical ramp-up of team members.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams

Qualifications

Required experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.

• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.

• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong experience designing and delivering integrations using Microsoft Azure.

• Experience designing solutions and translating complex or ambiguous requirements into practical technical approaches.

• Experience providing technical leadership while remaining actively involved in hands-on delivery.

• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.

• Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments.

• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing.

• Experience delivering technology solutions within the insurance industry.
