Endava is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Developer to lead hands-on delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across CRM, CMS, and IT Management Systems. You will translate complex requirements into scalable technical designs, integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP and intranet systems, and guide the engineering team through architecture decisions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Strong experience designing integrations using Microsoft Azure.
• Experience translating complex or ambiguous requirements into practical technical approaches.
• Experience providing technical leadership while remaining actively involved in hands-on delivery.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.
• Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: Dynamics 365 Marketing; experience delivering insurance tech solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions and actionable stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Design and develop custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and other enterprise or legacy systems.
• Define development standards and ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Review solution designs and code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
• Support the onboarding and technical ramp-up of team members.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
