Endava in Argentina seeks a Senior MS Dynamics Developer to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will translate complex needs into scalable technical solutions and integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP, intranet, and other platforms.

You'll oversee technical design, set standards, and guide the engineering team while staying hands-on with development in React/JavaScript/TypeScript and PCF controls. Hybrid work awaits.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Hands-on Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integrations.
• Ability translate complex requirements into practical technical approaches.
• Experience providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on delivery.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, lifecycle management, security, and deployment.
• Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate business needs into technical stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Design and develop custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Remain hands-on with development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and other systems.
• Define development standards and ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Review designs and code, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance to the team.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
