WPP Production is seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer with a strong technical profile to craft high-quality animated content and develop scripts to optimize workflows in After Effects. The role focuses on scaling productivity and maintaining an efficient pipeline across projects.

The candidate should have 5+ years in motion graphics, advanced After Effects, and experience with scripting, with strong English communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Experience with scripting and expressions in After Effects (ExtendScript, JavaScript, AE Expressions).
• Proven experience in workflow automation and building internal tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and animate content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and branded content.
• Develop reusable templates, toolkits, and assets.
• Collaborate closely with editors, designers, creative teams, and producers.
• Create scripts, expressions, and tools to automate repetitive tasks in After Effects.
• Integrate workflows across platforms (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, custom panels, external systems).
• Optimize rendering processes, versioning, and project organization.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve team efficiency.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate with creative teams to enhance output.
