WPP Production is seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer with a strong technical profile to craft high-quality animated content and develop scripts to optimize workflows in After Effects. The role focuses on scaling productivity and maintaining an efficient pipeline across projects.

The candidate should have 5+ years in motion graphics, advanced After Effects, and experience with scripting, with strong English communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Experience with scripting and expressions in After Effects (ExtendScript, JavaScript, AE Expressions).
• Proven experience in workflow automation and building internal tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer with a strong technical profile—someone who can not only craft high-quality animated content, but also develop scripts and automation solutions to optimize workflows within After Effects and other post-production environments. This role is critical to scaling team productivity and maintaining an agile, organized, and efficient pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and branded content.


• Develop reusable templates, toolkits, and assets.


• Collaborate closely with editors, designers, creative teams, and producers.


• Create scripts, expressions, and tools to automate repetitive tasks in After Effects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics.


• Advanced proficiency in After Effects (mandatory).


• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.


• Experience with scripting and expressions in After Effects (ExtendScript, JavaScript, AE Expressions).


• Proven experience in workflow automation (custom scripts, plugins, or APIs).


• Background in template creation and task automation.


• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
