DEPT® in Buenos Aires seeks a Principal Motion Designer to shape motion language across campaigns, digital experiences, and emerging platforms. You’ll lead craft, mentor designers, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate storytelling and design systems.

You bring 5+ years of motion design, deep After Effects and Figma expertise, and a passion for AI-powered workflows. The role follows EST hours and offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with flexible benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years in motion design/animation, with strong portfolio.
• Experience leading or mentoring motion teams.
• Proficient in Figma and After Effects; Premiere is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Shape motion language and standards for campaigns and content.
• Design and execute high-quality motion graphics and UI motion.
• Develop storyboards and motion systems to elevate concepts.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and designers across teams.
• Maintain high motion craft standards with storytelling and technical excellence.
• Contribute to music, sound design, and audio direction.
• Mentor motion designers and improve workflows.
• Explore AI-assisted motion workflows and new tech.
• Contribute to reviews, pitches, and future direction of motion.
• Stay at the forefront of motion design and emerging tech.
