The Global Talent Co. is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our integrated marketing team. You will create high-quality motion graphics for product, web, app, and marketing content, shaping how the brand moves across digital platforms.

We value 3-5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma (Jitter a plus). English at B2+ level and ability to collaborate with international teams are essential.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
• Portfolio demonstrating product and editorial work.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma; knowledge of Jitter is a plus.
• Strong animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Lottie or similar formats for web/app animation delivery is advantageous.
• B2+ level English; able to collaborate with international teams.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in SaaS/tech or legal tech environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and animate product-focused motion graphics for web, app, and marketing channels.
• Develop editorial animations aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to translate concepts into animated experiences.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual language across all motion content.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality within timelines.
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging techniques in motion design.
