Fluor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Engineer to support HV substation and line construction. You will interpret design documents, assist field teams, and help ensure quality and schedule adherence on large projects.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of HV experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Domestic onsite work in Argentina is expected; travel may be involved.

Competenze

• Electrical engineer degree and ten (10) years of work-related experience in substation and Line construction.
• Proven High Voltage experience in at least 2 mining projects
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Mansioni

• Support construction efforts with technical support to craft and supervision and satisfy quality requirements.
• Initiate action to ensure the project is built as specified.
• Provide construction engineering support for a discipline on large stand-alone projects.
• Provide construction engineering support for two or more disciplines on small to medium projects.
• Assist craftsmen, foremen, and project supervision with construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Establish and maintain communication between the company and the design engineer for timely design documents flow.
• Coordinate the project quality program when the quality function is the responsibility of construction engineering.
• Report status of functions performed by construction engineering to project management.
• Other duties as assigned
