Fluor is seeking an Electrical engineer to support construction efforts on large stand-alone projects and provide technical support for multiple disciplines on smaller projects. The role requires extensive HV experience and a strong ability to interpret design documents and coordinate quality programs.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in substation/line construction, and be adept at coordinating with supervision, contractors, and design engineers to ensure project

Formación

• Electrical engineering degree with 10+ years of work in substation and line construction.
• HV experience on mining projects is required.
• Solid technical knowledge related to construction engineering.
• Ability to learn and apply local and national statutes/guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work approach.

Responsabilidades

• Assist craftsmen, foremen, and project supervision with construction issues from drawings.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents for construction managers and contractors.
• Maintain effective communication between the company and the design engineer for timely design document flow.
• Coordinate the project quality program when quality is the construction department's responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
