Blanc Labs in Argentina is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead end-to-end development and lifecycle management of ML models built on proprietary data. You will design, deploy, and monitor production-grade ML systems powering intelligent features.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify opportunities, build scalable pipelines, expose models as APIs, and ensure model quality and reliability over time.

Formación

• Strong experience in machine learning engineering with production deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML models using proprietary datasets.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, training, evaluation, validation.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to identify high-impact ML opportunities.
