Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will design data models, coordinate with IT and source-system owners, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Power BI, strong SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP HANA. Upper-intermediate English and excellent stakeholder communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs and structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source -> data platform -> semantic/model -> Power BI.
• Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with data owners and tech teams.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across business areas.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
