EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Marketing Program Coordinator – Senior Associate to support Brand & Marketing programs across external digital platforms and internal channels in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will manage multiple campaigns, assist with events, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable ROI while ensuring high-quality stakeholder experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication: written, oral, presentation, engagement.
• Experience with international clients and global processes.
• Strong networking, team-building and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours when needed.
• High accuracy and detail orientation.
• Proficient MS Office and IT database systems; familiar with web/social platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Generate promotional posts from existing content with reviews/approvals.
• Post content on marketing platforms and intranet across channels.
• Coordinate content dissemination with BMC teams and service lines.
• Create campaign performance reporting for leaders and stakeholders.
• Support event planning, logistics and post-event activities.
• Plan and execute high-impact employee engagement and client events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to bring events to life.
• Oversee logistics: virtual platforms, invites, registrations, budgets, and contracts.
• Proactively identify improvements, including social media and content opportunities.
