Job summary

auxi is hiring a Sr. Designer based in LATAM to join a fully remote, async-friendly team. You will drive high-impact creative across marketing, sales enablement, events, and digital channels, shaping visual direction with the VP of Marketing and Ops.

The role demands ownership, fast delivery, and a portfolio spanning web, motion, brand, and custom illustration work. You will mentor junior designers, build design systems, and produce assets across Webflow, After Effects, and print.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or product design at SaaS companies or fast-growing startups.
• Based in Latin America with excellent written and spoken English.
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Photoshop, PowerPoint and After Effects used daily.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, from concept to final execution.
• Portfolio across web, motion, brand, and custom illustration work.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing and sales assets.
• Partner with the VP of Marketing to define and evolve creative direction.
• Lead complex, multi-faceted design projects from brief to delivery.
• Elevate visual and interaction design across all touchpoints.
• Establish and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and component libraries.
• Create marketing assets across digital and print, including landing pages, ads, social, email, and presentations.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow experiences.
• Create motion graphics, GIFs, and video assets with After Effects.
• Own production of all design assets with speed and precision.
• Produce client- and internal-facing visuals like icons, illustrations, UI templates, and demos.
• Collaborate with ops and customer success to develop decks and QBRs.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear visuals for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Produce and edit demo videos showcasing product features clearly.
