Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in Argentina to shape and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.

You will own the design system and build landing pages in Webflow, plus ads, decks, and product visuals for senior marketing audiences. As the first designer, you’ll collaborate with the founding team in a remote, fast-paced environment, delivering polished work and helping define the brand across websites, campaigns, and sales

Qualifikationen

• You have 4+ years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS or at an agency.
• Portfolio shows cohesive brand identity across websites, sales decks, and ads.
• You are proficient in Figma and have launched live websites with Webflow.
• You are fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides and can create reusable templates.
• You have strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy skills.
• You are fast, self-directed, and able to turn concise briefs into multiple creative directions.
• You have a clear creative POV and can work within an existing visual system while improving it.
• You are comfortable working remotely and manage your own priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie, or Rive) is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with SEO or AI tools is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the design system; document standards in Figma and ensure asset consistency.
• Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow from concept to live.
• Build scalable sales presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides with reusable templates.
• Produce advertising and social creatives for LinkedIn, paid social, and display channels.
• Create product visuals, mockups, and lightweight motion assets for web and campaigns.
• Manage publishing and handoffs, including Webflow CMS updates and email templates.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and execute them end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and refine the brand identity.
• Work autonomously in a fast-moving, remote environment with tight deadlines.
• Contribute to establishing visual foundations for a growing category.
