Job summary

Condor Agency is seeking a UX/UI Designer to support website, landing page, and digital experience projects for B2B and tech clients. This remote, LATAM-based role offers part-time hours and flexible, freelance engagement.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in UX/UI, a strong portfolio, and advanced Figma skills, including design systems and AI-assisted workflows. Collaboration with marketing and development teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI, web design, or digital product design, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating websites, landing pages, responsive design, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience using AI tools within design workflows to improve speed, creative exploration, production, and quality.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, information architecture, usability, CRO, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively with marketing and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive, user-centered B2B websites, landing pages, and campaign experiences prioritizing usability, clarity, and conversion.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, reusable components, and scalable design systems in Figma.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, asset creation, iteration, and system development.
• Apply UX, CRO, and digital marketing principles to page structure, CTAs, forms, navigation, and assets.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, account managers, and marketing teams with clear handoff and QA.
