Job summary

Kavren Technologies is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to own the measurement behind our paid media—from click to sale. This is the first role in a new function, and you will define how it is built.

You will work closely with our media buyers and engineering team to ensure data accuracy and actionable Insights. Responsibilities include implementing GA4 and GTM across brands, building conversion tracking, enforcing UTMs, CRM integration, and weekly tracking health reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations or performance measurement.
• Hands-on implementation experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience implementing and debugging conversion tracking for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience integrating websites, ad platforms and CRM systems.
• A strong understanding of paid media metrics and how tracking affects them.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Native Spanish and professional English, written and spoken.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager across all brands.
• Build, audit and maintain conversion tracking on Meta, Google and TikTok, including server-side tracking.
• Set and enforce UTM standards across brands, channels and campaigns.
• Integrate websites and ad platforms with our CRM to track every lead to conversion.
• Resolve discrepancies between ad platforms, analytics and CRM data at the root cause.
• Build and maintain the reporting the marketing team relies on.
• Ensure tracking meets privacy requirements for regulated categories.
• Report weekly on tracking health and open issues.
