EY is seeking a Senior Manager in FSO Tax - FATCA/CRS/Information Reporting to lead multi‑jurisdictional engagements, provide strategic advisory on FATCA, CRS, IRS withholding, and reporting requirements. You will guide teams on complex information reporting initiatives and expand client services within our Business Tax Advisory practice.

As a senior leader, you will manage engagements, develop business opportunities, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables across global FATCA/CRS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, or Finance or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in FATCA/CRS/1099 and 1042 reporting with leadership experience.
• Excellent understanding of FATCA, CRS and IRS withholding and reporting requirements.
• Experience with Economic Substance regulations is a plus.
• Strong writing skills for technical memos and proposals.
• Excellent communication to engage with clients and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for accurate reporting.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in AEOI advisory, compliance, reporting and transformation projects for financial clients.
• Lead FATCA/CRS reporting and related forms (W-9, W-8 series) management.
• Improve documentation workflows for AEOI compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Track regulatory developments affecting AEOI and IRS reporting.
• Assist clients with inquiries or tax authority inspections and controversy matters.
• Provide training and support on reporting procedures to staff and clients.
• Develop proposals and technical alerts; nurture client relationships.
