EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Senior Change Management professional to join our PC team. You will drive HR transformation initiatives, ensure business readiness, and collaborate with EY offices globally to deliver high-impact change programs.

You will develop strategies, engage stakeholders, and support the growth of the change management practice across geographies while traveling for client projects as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant experience in change management or HR transformation.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, digital strategy, and ERP transformation projects from design to implementation.
• Experience in large transformation programs driving business readiness and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of change strategy, stakeholder management, training design, and organizational alignment.
