EY is seeking an Assistant Director to join the Global R&D Leadership Reporting Pillar in a high-performing multinational team. You will design, develop and test reports and dashboards supporting strategic initiatives and leadership decision-making.

You will work with senior stakeholders across a diverse customer portfolio, translating business requirements into impactful reporting solutions, and delivering training and demonstrations to users.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in professional services or global organizations.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience designing and developing reports and dashboards; ability to manage user acceptance testing.

• Produce reporting specifications, design and develop reports and dashboards.
• Manage user acceptance testing, create user documentation and deliver demonstrations and training.
• Liaise between data providers and the leadership pillar; ensure outputs meet requirements.
• Develop understanding of EY's finance reporting portfolio and governance standards.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
