Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination
• Fluency in the local language and advanced English is required.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina with home-based benefits and office in Buenos Aires.
• Requires knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH) and related local laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with GCP/ICH and contract requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and monitor project risk mitigation plans and manage risks.
• Oversee clinical quality delivery and monitor quality issues.
• Manage project finances including Estimate at Completion (EAC); track changes and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and report to internal/external stakeholders.
