Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of clinical research/monitoring experience.
Fluency in local language (Spanish) and advanced English.

Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Understanding of project finances and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Ensure clinical delivery per regulatory requirements and SOPs; align with ICH/GCP standards.
Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
Contribute to project risk mitigation plans and manage risks across lifecycle.
Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying standards and monitoring issues.
Manage project finances, estimates at completion, and changes to baseline.
Identify stakeholders and maintain effective communication with internal/external parties.
Collaborate with clinical teams to support milestones and report scope requirements.
Lead resourcing and talent planning for the clinical team and provide trainings.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
Contribute to clinical delivery strategy for proposals and bid defenses.
Mentor new peers and potentially work alongside other leads on large/global trials.
Attend site visits as applicable to support delivery.
