Job summary

Electrolux Group in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Local Category Manager to define and execute the Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances category strategy, driving growth, profitability, and market share. You will lead product launches, portfolio management, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful execution.

A bachelor’s degree and strong experience in category/product management within consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Fluent English is required; Portuguese knowledge is a plus.
• Significant experience in Category Management, Product Management, Marketing, or related roles in consumer goods/electronics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the WB & SDA category strategy, driving growth, profitability, and market share.
• Manage the product portfolio, including assortment, lifecycle management, and category positioning.
• Lead product launches and innovation initiatives aligned with consumer and market needs.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop pricing and commercial strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure effective execution.
• Drive category performance through business planning, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Define distribution and channel strategies to optimize product availability and market penetration.
• Identify portfolio gaps and recommend actions to strengthen category competitiveness.
• Lead cross-functional projects and influence key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
