HumanGood’s Valle Verde Life Plan Community seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations, set the tone for resident and team member experiences, and ensure top-tier service while achieving financial goals.

The incumbent will supervise clinical, administrative and service departments, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to drive quality care and resident satisfaction across the campus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in senior living administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree strongly desirable.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license preferred for skilled nursing.
• Residential Care Administrator (RCA) license preferred for Residential Living/AL/Memory Support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning to set goals for quality care, retention, and financial performance.
• Manage day-to-day community operations and supervise department heads.
• Direct hiring and training of personnel; oversee budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate programs.
• Oversee fundraising, admissions, and community relations; maintain risk management.
