Job summary

Onapsis is seeking a proactive Senior Legal Analyst to join its legal department. The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate global supplier and technology contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements.

Based remotely with a preference for candidates in Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will coordinate negotiation strategies, manage the CLM tool, perform risk assessments, and support corporate matters such as subsidiary oversight and patent portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law and 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Business fluency in English and prior experience negotiating IT/technology product/service agreements.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of global supplier and technology contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements.
• Coordinate negotiation strategies across stakeholders.
• Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
• Conduct legal risk assessments.
• Assist with global corporate matters such as subsidiary management and patent portfolios.
