Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) to act as a strategic legal partner for a partner company. The role involves leading corporate, commercial, and regulatory activities across jurisdictions to enable international growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Experience supporting international expansion and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion, including entity structuring and regulatory approvals.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support corporate transactions including M&A, JVs, and investment structures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into actionable guidance.
• Coordinate external counsel and manage cross-border legal projects.
