Job summary

AES is seeking a Lead Analyst, Learning & Development, to shape and execute learning strategies that boost organizational effectiveness. You will design and deliver innovative programs, assess needs, and measure impact with data-driven insights.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior colleagues, and drive global learning initiatives using Workday Learning and advanced analytics tools. This role emphasizes collaboration, data literacy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex datasets and turning data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading regional or global projects with stakeholder management.
• Experience with Workday Learning or LMS platforms and learning analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modeling; knowledge of SQL or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and prioritize training needs.
• Creates and analyzes KPIs and data-driven metrics to evaluate training impact using Power BI and other tools.
• Supports configuration and adoption of Workday Learning for content delivery and program management.
• Explores innovative learning technologies to enhance training experiences.
• Maps end-to-end training workflows and learner journeys.
