POSSUMUS is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our sales teams in Argentina. The role focuses on IT services sales across Banking, Fintech, and Oil & Gas, managing end-to-end sales cycles and building strategic commercial relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience negotiating with decision-makers, strong presentation skills, and knowledge of agile methodologies, with readiness to travel and participate in events to drive growth.

Formación

• Five+ years in IT services sales, preferably software development, nearshore, outsourcing or consulting.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and close business opportunities.
• Identify and prospect new clients in key sectors.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Develop commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Ensure profitability and meet margins.
• Represent POSSUMUS at trade shows and events.
