Job summary

BlackBox Strategies is seeking a senior HubSpot contractor to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You will own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and deliver a production-ready environment.

Collaborate with client and internal teams to design scalable data models, pipelines, workflows, and dashboards, ensuring documentation and a clean handoff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
• Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware).
• Strong documentation and handoff discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Client-facing delivery or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects.
• Configure workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Implement and validate integrations with client systems.
• Support data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility.
• Document system architecture and implementation decisions.
• Deliver a production-ready HubSpot environment with handoff.
