Job summary

BlackBox Strategies is seeking a senior HubSpot Technical Consultant for a one-time, fixed-scope implementation across CRM, Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs. You will own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and a production-ready handoff, collaborating with client stakeholders to ensure GTM workflows align with business goals.

The role focuses on architecture, data modeling, workflows, integrations, data migration, QA, and delivering dashboards for executives and operators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
• Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware).
• Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Strong documentation and handoff discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Client-facing delivery or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops.
• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects.
• Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring.
• Implement and validate integrations with client stack.
• Support data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility.
• Document system architecture and implementation decisions.
• Deliver a production-ready HubSpot environment.
