Job summary

BlackBox Strategies is seeking a senior HubSpot contractor to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You will own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and a production-ready handoff to the client.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the client to design, validate, and deploy a scalable, well-governed HubSpot instance aligned to GTM workflows, delivering dashboards and governance documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
• Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware).
• Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Strong documentation and handoff discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops.
• Design data models, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects.
• Configure workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Implement and validate integrations with the client’s stack.
• Support data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Build dashboards and reporting for visibility.
• Document system architecture and provide handoff.
• Deliver a production-ready HubSpot environment.
