DEPT is a Growth Invention company that helps brands grow through technology and marketing. We are seeking a Programmatic Manager to lead programmatic buying, optimize campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end media solutions.

You will manage budgets, negotiate deals, and translate data into insights for clients. This role requires English fluency and a hands-on mindset to drive growth for ambitious brands in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2-4 years hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
• Experience with DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP.
• Strong Excel and data-visualization capabilities.
• Familiarity with ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360 and verification tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV and Audio.
• Manage mid-to-high level budgets and optimize ROI across tactics.
• Lead negotiation of PG and PMP deals with premium publishers.
• Translate programmatic data into actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Data Strategy teams.
• Oversee technical quality and brand safety compliance.
