Job summary

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
4+ years of digital design experience, prior agency experience preferred.
Strong omnichannel design experience including email and campaigns.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.

Responsibilities

Ideate and execute compelling design concepts for e-commerce and omnichannel campaigns.
Map designs to client goals, audience, and verticals.
Collaborate with designers in-house and freelance teams.
Mentor junior designers and interns and participate in client workshops.
Use AI to improve workflow efficiency and the design process.
Estimate time to complete design work and manage timelines.
