EY GDS is an inhouse Creative Center of Excellence delivering high-impact, on-brand design across media. A Senior Associate — Senior Graphic Design ideates and delivers compelling visuals aligned with EY business goals.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with art directors and content teams, and produce branding materials, proposals, infographics, and interactive collaterals while upholding EY standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Document Cloud.
• Strong visual design capability and typography skills.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, layouts, infographics, presentations and social media collaterals.
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet aesthetics, quality, turnaround and efficiency expectations.
• Stay current with design trends and share insights with the team and customers.
• Mentor junior designers on best practices.
• Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand briefs and ideas.
• Provide innovative design solutions and advocate right design choices.
• Work independently as a design consultant and be responsive to customers.
