EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Video Editor-Motion Graphics Designer (Senior Associate). You will lead video projects for internal clients, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver high‑quality edits and animations across media.

You’ll mentor teams, adopt best practices, and drive innovative visual solutions. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape concepts, storyboard ideas, and produce on‑brand creative content with strong post‑production

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Graphic Design or related field.
• Digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding video-editing abilities, conceptual thinking and design skills.
• Five-plus years of video-editing and motion graphics design experience.
• Strong knowledge of post-production workflow, sound mixing and latest video production techniques.
• Solid understanding of video formats and compression techniques.
• Working knowledge of sound mixing and color correction.
• Proficiency with video editing tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Audition and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with third-party motion graphic plugins (Red Giant).
• Knowledge/experience in 3D modeling/animation (Cinema 4D).
• Proficient in MS Office, Mac and Windows platforms.
• Knowledge and proficiency of cameras, lighting, sound and teleprompter equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage internal client relationships, acting as project manager and single point of contact for deliverables with budget, timeline, and documentation.
• Recommend media and creative options to enhance the message through audio and video; edit footage with effects for final formats.
• Provide on-site editing and technical services for large meetings or webcasts as needed.
• Establish best practices and train team members on editing processes, techniques and equipment.
• As a motion designer, create complex animated graphics and infographic content, and lead motion graphic processes.
