EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate — Senior Graphic Designer to craft on-brand visuals for proposals, infographics, layouts, and user experiences across media.

You will collaborate with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams, delivering high-quality design solutions while mentoring peers and driving brand consistency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals.
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines and meet defined aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency.
• Familiar with latest design trends and advocate them to the team and customers.
• Mentor junior team members on best design practices.
• Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects concurrently.
• Communicate effectively with customers, understand briefs, and share ideas.
• Provide unique and innovative design solutions and guide clients on design choices.
• Take ownership and work as a design consultant independently.
• Be responsive to customers on calls and emails.
• Contribute towards various organizational initiatives.
