EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) seeks an Art Director to own creative direction, strengthen brand alignment, and elevate collaborative campaigns across channels. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive strategic thinking, and deliver on-brand visuals with a human-centric approach.

The role requires extensive experience in leading agencies or in-house teams, strong presentation skills, and a passion for solving complex brand challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• +12 years of experience in a fast-paced global environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe DC and MS Office.
• Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media.
• Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Strong visual design and creative thinking.
• Prior art direction experience in leading agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the creative direction for EY GDS projects across multiple formats.
• Coach and mentor the design team to elevate brand-building and strategic thinking.
• Lead with strong client communication and ensure on-brand quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee a wide range of collateral: brochures, presentations, infographics, microsites and social content.
• Develop innovative concepts and storyboard directions for campaigns.
