Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist to support integration into the Holding, ensuring accurate accounting and timely reporting in the Holding’s ERP.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of accounting experience in multinational environments, strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, advanced English, and excellent Excel/ERP skills to drive high-quality financial reporting under strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and consolidation.
• Advanced English required, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage accounting processes, ERP systems, and financial information.
• Translate local financial information into the Holding’s accounting and reporting framework.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting in the Holding’s ERP.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and reporting packages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain and validate required information.
• Support intercompany processes, reconciliations, consolidation, audits, and other accounting activities.
• Identify and resolve accounting and data issues while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
