Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with FP&A and operations. The role blends forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis with hands-on reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close ownership.

The ideal candidate will translate complex data into actionable business insights, work with SAP and Excel tools, and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Shared Services to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and financial certification a plus.
• 6–10 years of FP&A, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate to insights.

Responsibilities

• Bridge FP&A and accounting activities including reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Perform P&L analysis and explain drivers of revenue and expenses.
• Prepare monthly reports, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Support automation and standardization of processes using Excel and SAP.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
