Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 8-10 years of controllership experience with local GAAP and USGAAP exposure.
• Strong SAP and Excel skills with data integrity focus.
• Leadership responsibilities and capability to partner with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver general ledger solutions for global controllership.
• Assist in developing new solutions and drive automation across finance workstreams.
• Support SAP implementations for GL and related data take-on.
• Contribute to ERP transformation projects and data migration activities.
• foster partnerships with cross-functional teams and the business.
• Provide ongoing status, risks, and milestone reporting to stakeholders.
• Train business teams on changes and ensure smooth user adoption.
