Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior GenAI Solutions Engineer to blend consulting, technology, AI, and growth. You will work with customers to translate business challenges into AI-enabled transformation roadmaps and lead technical discussions with executives and engineering teams.

The role involves designing architectures, building proof-of-concepts, and collaborating with delivery teams to accelerate AI maturity across EPAM LATAM. Hybrid or on-site options may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with LLMs and GenAI platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with vector databases and tool integrations.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Translate objectives into AI-enabled solutions and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead discovery workshops, ideation sessions, and technical conversations with stakeholders.
• Design solution proposals, architectures, and implementation approaches.
