Job summary

Devsu is seeking a senior software professional with deep experience shipping production AI/ML systems. You will design LLM workflows, retrieval systems, and agentic applications against enterprise data and infrastructure.

You will define secure, scalable architectures across cloud services, establish evaluation and observability standards, and guide handoff to portfolio company teams while promoting best practices in data and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with full-stack expertise.
• Hands-on production AI/ML systems experience, including generative or agentic AI.
• Experience with modern GenAI patterns and toolchains.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI feasibility during diligence and shape technical direction for data products and workflows.
• Design and build LLM workflows, retrieval systems, and agentic apps against enterprise data.
• Define secure, scalable reference architectures across cloud services.
• Establish evaluation, observability, tracing, and cost monitoring standards.
• Incorporate human-in-the-loop controls and secure data practices by default.
• Develop prototypes and transfer knowledge to portfolio company teams.
• Evaluate emerging models and tools and provide practical adoption guidance.
