Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact international FinTech project. You will build an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform using React and TypeScript, delivering agent-facing experiences across queues, conversations, and dashboards.

Working remotely from LATAM as a contractor, you’ll apply AI-assisted engineering practices, collaborate with product and backend teams, and help shape scalable frontend architecture in a modern

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in frontend-focused roles.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-centric frontend solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate prototyping, testing, and debugging.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness of agent-related workflows and interfaces.
